Did you miss the Bakery Fair 2017? Held every two years, the Bakery Fair is an international exhibition on bakery, confectionery, food service equipment and supplies. I had the privilege of being part of it this year. It was held at the World Trade Center Metro Manila. Organized by the Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association, Inc., the event was made possible by the support of its bakery members, industry allied players, and the 13-country members of the International Federation of Chinese Bakery and Confectionery Association. The Bakery Fair 2017 showcased under one roof a rich variety of ingredients and food service equipment suppliers and service providers. It was practically a one-stop shop! Various demos and food-tasting offers made the experience all the more educational and rewarding.
